A. Communication from the National Elections Commission informing plenary that it has informed and certificated Hon. Matthew G. Zarzar as Representative of District No. 3,Sinoe County in the just ended by-election in Sinoe County which authorizes him to proceed to the house’s official action.
B. communication from Hon. Gabriel Smith requesting Plenary to call on the President to revoke the nomination of Madam Mary Broh or re-nominate her to face Senate’s confirmation in line with Article 54 of the Liberian Constitution
C. Communication from Citizens United to promote Peace and democracy requesting the House of Representatives to set up a committee to investigate Madam Mary Broh for continuous brutality and other inhumane attitudes against peaceful citizens and other foreign nationals.
