(iii) An Act Seeking for the Creation of the Tappita Magisterial Area and providing for the governance of same with Tippita Statutory District, Nimba County.
B. A Report from the Joint Committee on Judiciary and Education on a Bill seeking to enact the amendment of the Bomi Community College (BCC) in Bomi County.

A. Communication from Hon. Mariamu B. Fonafa submitting for enactment a Bill entitled: “ An Act Declaring Quardu-Gboni District a Magisterial Area within Lofa County.
B. A communication from Hon. R. Matenokay Tingban submitting for enactment a bill entitled: An Act to Amend Part II, Section 6:1, 2 and 3 of the Act establishing the Central Bank of Liberia.
C. A communication from Hon. Wesseh Blamoh submitting for consideration by Plenary the following bills entitled:
(i) An Act to Amend and Restate Section 2.4 of the New Legislative Law and Section 1.4 of the New Executive Law to provide pension for a former President, Vice President, Chief Justice and Associate Justices of the Honorable Supreme Court and all Judges of the Subordinate Courts of the Republic of Liberia, and former Speaker, Deputy Speaker, President Pro-Tempore of the Liberian Senate, and former Member of the Legislature.
(ii) An Act to Amend Chapters 12 and 18 of the Judiciary Laws; Chapters 7 and 22 of the Civil Procedure Law; Chapters 20 and 23 of the Criminal Procedure Law; and Chapter 50 of the Penal Law; relating to Juries, Jurisdiction of Magistrates’ Courts, and Sentencing.

Worlea Saywah Dunah requesting Plenary to summon the Ministers of Finance and planning to give reasons why an important and necessary component of the multi-year Comprehensive National Development Plan is missing from the Draft National Budget and to further mandate the submission of said document…
B. Communication from Hon. Eugene Fallah kparkar submitting a propose Resolution seeking the approbation of the Honorable House for Liberia to host the 2019 African Cup Nations.
C. Communication from the St. Joseph’s Catholic Hospital requesting the Honorable House to influence the increment of subsidy in the FY 2012/2013 National Budget from US$ 125,000 to US$ 500,000.
