To which shall be referred all proposed legislations, messages, petitions, memorials and other matters relating to the work of the committee, as follows:

• Census, population, demography, and family planning programs;
• Collection of statistics, including economic and social statistics;
• Economic planning, including priority Government programs and projects;
• External assistance programs designed to promote and increase national development and improve the well-being of the people.
